Customer Review Comments:
I took out a Warranty Direct gold policy on the 19th January. The process was simple - after buying the policy a second consultant confirmed all the details of the policy with me, making sure all my details were correct and the policy information that had been given to me was correct. The policy documents arrived 3 days later as promised. My Vauxhall Omega V6 had 50,000 miles on the clock and the policy cost me £325.
On the 3rd of May my car developed a knocking sound from the front and I took the car into a local dealer (one of WD's approved garages). It turned out to be the bushes on the lower suspension arms that had failed - the garage could not replace the bushes and Warranty Direct agreed to replace the arms at a cost of £463.
WD paid the garage directly for the work and my car was back on the road. My comment to Warranty Direct - Just keep up the good work.
