I too have incurred nothing but frustration and hassle at the sheer incompetance shown towards me following our accident.

The third party admitted full liability and all NIG had to do was settle up with the finance co. I even wrote to the MD 10 days ago who has not  yet even ackowledged receipt. I will never use NIG again - I would rather pay a higher premium.
