Absolutely awful. I am currently dealing with the very sad loss of our lovely bulldog Max, and they are just soooo useless.
I am having to ring them on a very regular basis as they keep telling me they have everything they need to process the claim and then I get letters saying they have written to my vet for info, haven't received it so won't process my claim any further. I am devastated enough about the loss of my lovely dog, without having to deal with their incompetance.
In one word, TERRIBLE.
