We had a leaking inlet pipe to our loo. Called Homeserve Tuesday night. They arranged for someone to call between 9 and 11 next morning, Wednesday. No-one turned up. We phoned them and were told that their "engineers" had called at 8 o'clock and fixed the problem. They hadn't even turned up!!! They promised to phone back later in the afternoon to arrange a further visit. They didn't phone.
Got a call from their head-office Wednesday afternon, apologising but offering no explanation. They have promised to phone again tomorrow. I can't wait to hear what they have to say. Meanwhile I have had to pay a local plumber for work which is covered in our policy by Homeserve.
