I insured with Swiftcover via internet. They issued confirmation that I was insured for a further 12 months. 5 months later they said I had not paid and that the confirmation does not mean anything. I am taking this to the ombudsman
When you use an internet company for insurance demand that they send you a full and proper receipt including the bank/credit card details that took place.
