Their mobile phone insurance does not cover loss on public transport. After cancelling my policy Fonesafe STOLE the remainder of my years installments out of my bank. I have been repeatedly lied to about the status of my stolen money and they refuse to let me talk to a manager. Absolutely disgusting customer service. I strongly recommend that fonesafe are avoided.

Phone was stolen from my locker and the guy thought I said I'd ‚¬Ëœleft it in the staffroom because it was 'covered in water', said I had no claim! Don't know if the man was just bad at understanding a Scottish accent, or trying to get out of a claim. Now I'm phoneless AND stuck with the contract.

they dont replace your phone for the same one My pink Nokia was 10 dys old when it got wet, I included a note asking 4 the same 1 as its only 10 dys old,nxt day it was delivered but its black & was told there is nothing I can do, Disgusting company.
