DO NOT OPT FOR COVER FROM THIS COMPANY.

After waiting 4 months for them to send an engineer out to fix our boiler which wouldn't ignite when the hot water tap was turned on, we were informed that it was due to the water pressure. No apologies and no compensation.

An incompetent company is not an exaggeration.
