Review of Homeserve Home Emergency Insurance

Submitted by Alan

Customer Review Comments:

Several friends and family members have reported very similar complaints about Homeserve to those found on this site.

It was not so much the complaints that concerned me but the off-hand and arrogant comments posted by "Joseph" on 27/02/08. "Joseph", who refers to complainants as "you people" claims to be employed by Homeserve.

I have simply refused to renew my policies as they became due and have found much better cover with other companies. A visit to your Thompson Directory or online will give you a more satisfactory result.
