Have been waiting for a claim for accidental damage for 6 weeks now.
Sent quotes as requested - still sent to an assessor who rang and complained about his workload. Was to ring back after two weeks still no word. Rang Paymentshield who said they would get back to me again in 2 days. NO WORD... rang them again but they state they have to send it to an assessor again . DID THEY PHONE MY DETAILS THROUGH ...NO ... THEY WAITED FOR ME TO GET BACK TO THEM. Still waiting. VERY UNHAPPY.
Will change ASAP Does anyone know of a good company?
