Unlike other people my son had an excellent experience! Accidentally spilt a drink on his phone and it would not work. Time scale as follows:
- Rang them on a Saturday, they would send out claim form or he could go to T Mobile shop to fill one in there to save time as they would fax it.
- He went to the shop, claim faxed immediately.
- Sunday - Fone Safe rang to advise that he call Monday as claim office not avail Sundays.
- Monday - he rang in the afternoon.
- Tuesday - special delivery bag arrived - posted phone to them.
- Thursday - replacement phone arrived by special delivery.
As I said excellent service, phone advisors very helpful.
