I had my phone stolen out of my car (it wasn't on show), the police were informed and I did all I had too do. When I spoke to fonesafe I was told, due to my SIM not being in the phone (it is a spare one) I was not insured. I do not remember paying fonesafe to insure my SIM card, as I thought this was for T-mobile to do. It seems a waste of time and money as they will get out of paying out everytime!!! My direct debits were cancelled as soon as the phone was put down. I'm yet to hear of someone having a payout.
