I dropped my phone in the dark and it smashed into tiny pieces, i tried to salvage what i could from the road but there was traffic so i couldn't really hang about.
But because i couldn't find the piece with the IMEI Number on it (which if i knew i needed maybe i would have looked for just that bit!!!!! in the dark without a torch!) i could not claim on my insurance. I mean how ridiculous!
And then when i said i wanted to cancel my insurance they said that they recommended i keep it so that when i buy a new phone i just have to give them the new details!! Like i'm gonna keep on paying when i no longer have a phone and if i do get a new one why would i use them? Just so that they can say no you're not covered for that unfortunately!!
Insurance in my opinion is a complete scam and i have been put off thanks to FoneSafe.
ABSOLUTLEY DISGUSTED!!!
