Customer Review Comments:
Hi I paid for the full years bike insurance upfront in Feb 2013. September I had to change bikes and add my daughter to the policy which generated a £69.00 charge, I had 10 days to pay charge, however I had to go away from home for a while due to family issues and the premium was forgotten about.

The next thing is a mobile phone call from Carole Nash telling me the whole years insurance is cancelled and I still owe £69.00, however they will reduce the £69.00 to £30.00 if I take out a new policy there and then? I asked if paying the balance would reinstate the policy and was told no. A few days later I have the bailiffs turning up on my doorstep for the £69.00 !!! They left unpaid.

I contacted Carole Nash customer services who were telling me that unless I pay up or take out a new policy the bailiffs would continue to call each time adding further charges. They were not prepared to help in any way. Even though they had 6 months of unused insurance premiums in hand they still wanted more money for no insurance cover.

I asked the customer services for the Managing directors contact details but was refused this as well. All this because I was approx 2 weeks late on the payment? It is strange that they rang me up to sell me a new insurance policy but didnt ring me up to see why payment was late. I always knew insurance was a rip off but this lot take the biscuit, no customer service at all!!!!!!
