I'm sorry to say that my experience with Homeserve is a sorry one.
As I write I have been without heating or hot water for 12 days and little sign of improvement. Transferred from pillar to post, every time having to repeat my name address policy No. etc. etc.
The engineer [contractor C.S.Boxal] simply does not know what is wrong with my comb-boiler and has changed parts hoping to get lucky, or on two seperate occasions just failed to turn up. Homeserve are unsympathetic.
