Our car was damaged in a no fault accident. The other side did the right thing and took full responsibility. It all went downhill from there.
The garage manager that Admiral referred me to was aggressive and rude from the get go. Then, it took them weeks to replace the bumper and when the car was returned it turned out they didn't check or fix an engine light that came on immediately after the accident (and which was in my report) because it wasn't on after they fixed the bumper!?
When I inquired about it the garage manager assured me that I have a 5 year warranty on their work. One day later the light came on again but when I phoned Admiral's garage the manager insinuated that this was unrelated to the accident. I called Admiral and they said the same thing.
They offer cheap quotes but they are definitely not there when YOU need THEM.
