The name certainly does not describe the company, animal friends they are not. Their prices are very competitive, and they do offer good policies. But claims can take up to three months to be paid, if they are paid at all.
I was accused of seeking treatment for a condition that I did not seek treatment for. I even sent them confirmation from my vet, and as a result they will now not cover my dog for a variety of illnesses that aren't even linked to this condition!
They are impossible to get hold of on the phone. They do not cover the cost of food to treat illnesses. One of my dogs suffers with pancreatic insufficiency and they will not cover the food needed to control it!
