My dog was recently involved in an accident, and despite some delays Animal Friends have been super helpful during the process of my claim.
I accidently filled out the wrong part of my claim form so the nice girl on the phone informed me how to correctly fill it out, and after that my delays were gone. The payment for treatment that I had requested was sent through immediately and I didn’t have to worry about the financial implications anymore.
The prices are good with no second year rates surprising you after introductory deals, so I know where I stand with them as my insurers. With an ethical mind, I do not see how there could be another company that I would pick over AFI that would treat me and my pets so well whilst caring for animals worldwide too.
