I cancelled my policy by phone over a year ago yet Atlas this year "renewed" my policy.
I sent an email to ask them politely to re-imburse my card account. After almost a month and being made to give information they already had (otherwise they wouldn't have been able to take the money from my account) with a sarcastic /insulting attitude, when I tried to phone them (ie. can you not read???), they have finally given me my money back. Interestingly with no explanation or apology.
