Just goes to show that you should always read the small print.
I got their premium travel insurance, paying a full £12 for a weekend away, but when my phone was stolen, despite me getting a police report, they drew my attention to clause 6.9a, buried on page 11 of the smallprint, which states that neither mobile phones, computers, nor computer accessories are covered. Presumably because mobiles and laptops are the things most likely to be nicked. I have used them half a dozen times and never claimed. Now I will never use them again.
