Just awful!! I was insured with CUSC Foneguard for a number of years without issue (I never had to make a claim).
This year I went to update my policy and was advised that it had been cancelled due to a failed payment. This was due to my debit card changing, which I admit was my oversight and one I could easily have corrected if I had been advised of the matter.
However, I had never received any communication from CUSC Foneguard to advise me of this and had therefore been without insurance for several months. I wrote several emails trying to find out why I had not been informed of the cancelation of my policy and eventually put in an official complaint about the matter but consistently have had no response.
So glad I did not have to make a claim if this is how they treat loyal customers.
