I had my racing bicycle insured with them and had it rightfully locked to a railing in our backgarden. The only place we are allowed by landlord to keep our bikes.
It got stolen and Cycleguard would not cover due to the fact that it was outside. So it only covers if your bike is inside in your flat.... Is that not what home insurance also covers????
Absolutely useless coverage.. Waste of money.
