I needed to claim for cancelled trip in July. Assured it would all be fine.
Sent off claim and medical form (cost of £50). Rang a week later to be told it had been received and would be processed in 10 days. Rang 2 weeks later to be told they'd lost the form. Sent another one (£50 again). Rang mid August and told it was all ok just checking some details with trip organiser. At the end of August they confirmed they had details required and would pay out mid September - told cheque on its way. Ten days later said they would stop first cheque and send another. End of September made a formal complaint and was told cheque would be sent that day. Three further calls and e-mails still no cheque. Blooming useless.
