Superfically good, but do not follow through.
Their underwriter, Mondial, are very very slow in handling claims. They state this is because they are experiencing high volumes at the moment but in fact this is a standard message.
They took 2 months before they even started to look at my claim. Dog Tag are not interested in this fact. I asked Dog Tag to give me one good reason why I should renew my policy and they did not even answer that question!
