Appalling service! After my plasma television developed a fault that was beyond repair I contacted domestic and general to make a replacement claim under the extended warranty that I had purchased with the television.
After SEVEN WEEKS, dozens of phone calls and E-mails, the claim was finally settled. All this after trying to palm me off with a woefully inadequate alternative! Was always denied contact with managers or supervisors, never spoke to the same person twice. Very frustrating!
