Booked an engineer when washing machine broke down, he came 30th April said he would order new part and washing machine would be as good as new. Engineer came 6th May, wrong part. Waited for re-booking and one came for the 19th May, Indesit rang in the morning, no part, wanted to re-schedule following week but am on holiday so now booked in for 31st May but no guarantee of having part and machine being fixed.
Bad smell in kitchen this morning, opened door to washing machine and gallons of dirty water came out all over wooden floor, rang Indesit to see if engineer could come and see what previous engineer had done to washing machine to cause this but they said no, we are booked in for 31st May and to try and get water out of machine.
No one wants to take responsibilty for this and so fed up with it all, feel like just buying a new machine and never using insurance on any of our appliance again. Can't wait much longer for machine to be fixed and know one knows how long it will be and wooden floor is ruined and kitchen smells of a sewer.
