My 74 year old mother was told the part for her boiler would take up to a week to obtain even though I could get the same part off the Internet the next day.

They were totally indifferent to the fact that it is the middle of winter and she has no hot water and heating. We spoke to 4 different call centre operatives and they were all very rude and ignorant - they must be used to unhappy customers.

About time someone got in tough with Watchdog about this shambles of an organisation.

I agree. Waste of money. They promised a booking for a boiler repair which never arrived. When I contacted them on the day, they had "lost" the booking. They fob you off on the phone and no action is taken.
