This insurance is online only and was taken out because of a competitive quote at the end of September.
Before the policy came into force I needed to make some small changes but could not do it online and had to phone, not freephone, and was charged £25 to do it. Since the policy came into force I have been unable to access the policy details to confirm that everything is correct.
I have spoken on the telephone to echoice on 7 or 8 occasions, emailed them twice, and also had 2 "online chats". I have been told that it would be sorted. Despite all this they have been unable to give me online access. They admit that other customers have had the same problems but they are still trying to sort it out.
They are eventually after nearly 4 months sending me by post a copy of all the documents relating to the policy.
