Good policy but customer service department lacking somewhat. Documents no longer posted out, they are all emailed, this was not made clear when I bought the policy.
Initially contacted Endsleigh by email, response time advertised as 48 hours, I'm still waiting after a week. I then contacted customer services again by phone and they informed me that if I hadn't called them today then there would be a charge for the documents to be posted as I bought the policy a month ago, this was also not made clear when I renewed the policy.
The manner of the woman I spoke to at customer services was not good, I didn't receive an apology for the confusion their messages cause despite pointing out the flaws.
I'm very surprised as I have dealt with Endsleigh in the past and have always found them exceptional in their service.
