Made a claim in May. Still waiting for outcome in spite of 3 calls which have a waiting time of 20 minutes at 10p per min.

I agree, had a laptop repair, took 3 weeks to arrange collection. Has been 11 days so far and when asked keep saying it is being looked at today! Also very difficult to make a claim without original receipt-PS3 breakdown, don't have receipt as was an xmas pressy. Getting nowhere - anyone with any advice out there - very quick taking the £25 excess before claim is even made!
