After a very bad experience with a cheap golf insurance policy that refused to settle my claim on a New for Old basis because my equipment was over 3 years old, I took extra care before going elsewhere.
Dealing with Golfplan is a breath of fresh air - the staff know what they are talking about and could answer all my in-depth questions without hesitation. Their policies cost a little bit more, but at least if I get my clubs stolen again I know I will get brand new replacement clubs no matter how old my stolen ones are!
