Phoned to report problem at 8am on 23rd August and was told that I would have to wait until people came into the office, but would put me on the emergency list.

I have not made a claim before and she said I would be advised as to what I need to do next.

It is now 13.20 on the 23rd August and I have had no call at all. Just wondering how long I am going to have to wait. Much longer and I will be changing my Insurance company as this to me doesn't bode well.

Made my complaint in October 2010 and they started the work on 30th October 2011, yes one year. When they started they sent in cowboy builders and the work was bad, I had to sack them. Now it is 3rd April 2012 and the work has still not restarted as Groupama dispute the price a real builder has quoted. So now 5 months living in a building site, I'm disabled and going through cancer treatment and this has made my life beyond unbearable. I've been put on anti depressantsand don't think it is ever going to come to an end. Leave you to wonder whether it is a good insurance company or not.
