My husband and I took out the best policies available from this company for our two puppies (Gold cover).
The first claim we had to make was paid out very promptly. However, we are still waiting for a claim submitted in early January to be settled. We have made numerous phone calls and been fobbed off with various reasons for the delays in assessment and payment of the claim.
Even since I last called over a week ago and was told that the claim was fine and would be paid soon, we have still not received the cheque.
Renewal is due next week and the premiums have risen sharply, more than double for one of the dogs.
