They may be small, but they still have an obligation to comply with the regulations - they send personal information out by unsecure email (I ended up woith someone elses details, and had I been a criminal, had enougth information there to commit identity theft!). They have no privacy notice on their site - a breach of the data protection act, they use unsecure US firms to send emails, and they make unsubstantiated claims on theor website that are non compliant with the FSA regulations.

I have been trying to contact this company for renewal and tried both renewal and new customer numbers. I gave up after being on hold for 32 minutes. If thats for renewals, I dread the thought of a claim.
