I have a Homecall+ Emergency cover.
After devoloping a leak from the kitchen tap which flooded the cupboard I phoned the help line. A plumber arrived the same night and he blanked of the pipe stating that since he did not have the spare (A flexible pipe) he would return the following day to fit it.
Homecare then phoned me to say that they had stopped the leak and had no further responsibility and the repair was not included. The tap etc was just left on the floor.
Not very good I think you"ll agree.
