Product 'Rainbow' Cover - boiler, plumbing, electrical wiring etc.

I my opinion there are too many caveats and exclusions in this policy, including excessive cancellation fees should you become dissatisfied with the service you receive. I would certainly not recommend this company to anyone.

I called their 'emergency' line on two occasions, the first with an electrical wiring failure in the lighting circuit, and was duly informed that only total supply failure is covered. On the second occasion (boiler ignition problem) I was referred to the boiler manufacturer.

Terminating the policy would have incurred a £60 "cancellation fee".
