Have finally given up with this company, at first great customer service and first boiler service but things went down hill.
Two engineers came out, problem never fixed and they damaged a part and after nearly six months they now tell me that the part must have been faulty (new part fitted last year at a huge cost) and could not have been damaged by there people, no phone calls back regarding the complaint.
What a waste of time and money. I have also found out that the first company that serviced my boiler with them (a very good local company) no longer have the contract and the company who could not fix my boiler have taken over, good luck to anyone who gets them.
