Agree with Adam, 6 weeks without hot water and heating. Just recieved a reply to my complaint lodged initially on the 6th Dec. Failed to turn up on three occasions to fit a part to my boiler, ended up with pipe bursting, damaging my freezer and lawn mower.
Engineer on one visit turned my freezer off . Had to move out of my house. Numerous calls made, but they don't care.
Reply to my complaint only received today 28/4/11 although promised one by 1st April! What an apt date.
