Having taken out insurance with Insurance2Go prior to my holiday in Thailand, I presumed I would be covered.
However this insurance company say that I did not look after my phone carefully enough, so they did not pay out on my claim.
My HTC mobile was stolen from my hotel room in Bangkok while I was asleep (6am). It was next to my bed on charge. Two friends were also sleeping in the other room (3 room suite) but next morning when I awoke my phone and one "friends" had gone.
When are you supposed to charge your phone exactly? Am I expected to sit and watch it charge all night? I am very careful with my property but a friend let me down, but isn't this what insurance is for?
Well, Insurance2Go did not pay my claim so I would avoid them. I guess you get what you pay for in this world. Cheap insurnace doesn't pay!!
