I made a claim on 14th July 2010. I contacted the insurance company to let them know what had happened even before I went to hospital. They eventually settled the claim this week 12/03/2011 after many many phone calls and emails.
I have had demands from the hospital and there is still $76.00 outstanding but I think I will just pay this to see the end to this terrible saga. Would I recommend them No No No.
