After reading all the reviews I am glad to know I am not the only one who is completely frustrated with this company. They need to sort out their policies as they seem to be stuck in the 90's! Modern phone insurance companies seem to be able to assess a claim and send out a replacement phone within days but LSG seems to take months.....

I first received my claim form on the 6th April and guess what... I'm still waiting!! After numerous emails and constant chasing they finally responded to my email today to say I can now send them my phone.

I have had a complete nightmare with these guys and the only reason I emailed them today was because it was over a week since I sent my signed form with proof of purchase etc etc and I also checked my bank account to see they had taken money from me last week. What shocked me most was that they claimed they did not receive the form I sent them back in April which had my card details on it (I only found this out after waiting 3 weeks without a response) and the form they did receive via email didn't have any card details on it. Not sure whether my original form just magically appeared or if they have been lying to me for the past 2 months!!!

I emailed them with several concerns I have and asked for a response, all I got was an email back with a letter attached giving me instructions for sending off my phone. There was no apology and they didn't even attempt to address my concerns.

I am reluctant to even send my phone off to them after they "lost" two of my forms as I may never see it again. Also, they say a claim is assessed within 1-3 working days however my experience of their suggested time frames disagree with this. If they say it will take up to 10 days to get my phone fixed it could end up being 3 months and unfortunately a cheap temporary handset is not acceptable when I use my phone for business.

I can't believe Barclays bank actually use this company for the insurance if so many of their customers have to go through this long and awful experience... But then again Barclays can be a complete nightmare at times anyway.

Unfortunately I would never recommend this company and as soon as I get my phone fixed I will be moving insurance company!!
