This company is beyond useless!!!!!!!
Sent my claim forms of for my iPhone 3g THREE times, they took my payment before the claim had actually been accepted!! I then had to pay an additional £6.00 to post it. I was told would take 10 days to be returned to me, I called after 5 days for a progress repot after reading really bad reviews on this site, to be spoken to by an extremely rude girl!!!! to be told it actually takes 12 days to be returned not 10, and all she could tell me was that it was with the engineers.
I rang again on the 9th day to be told the same, suprisingly I got the phone back the next day =) (granted to the wrong address but thats by the by). I had to plug my iphone into the computer to find out my sim wasn't working. I rang Orange to find out the IMEI number was different, Orange were far from impressed that the phone they had given me was actually a O2 Phone!!!
I rang Lifestyle to be told they had changed the inside of the phone..After shouting down the phone I finally got the answer "Well you'll have to send it back....My phone will now take a further 5 days to be returned from the date they receive it...
