My policy has just gone up this year to £75 a month. I've only claimed once last year when we had a flood, had just had the bathroom done and decorated the hall but they refused to pay out accusing us of having 2 leaks?
Then they said they wouldn't pay out for any damage the plumber made trying to get to the leak and they wouldn't pay for the plumber fees, so we settled for a low amount which didnt really cover the damages.
Does anyone know how much they charge for cancelling a policy as I would like to change to another company but it automatically renewed without asking. |
