When I had to make a claim for my 7 month old lab they demanded a full 12 months vets history. It took several calls to get them to understand the animal was not yet 12 months old!!
When I finally returned the claim form I waited weeks and no payment received, so I contacted them and they said all the computers were down. A week later I phoned and they said they were behind due to heavy snow in March!! The next week they could not find anyone to sign the cheque!
3 months down the line I have still not received a cheque and now they have said try again in 10 days, the claim was for £166 which I really need. I would never deal with this company again!!
