This company provided a quote, which appeared competitive, but when the documentation arrived, it was based on incorrect information. The revised quote was not as competitive, so they were immediately informed by email, before the start of the policy that the policy was no longer required. I also contacted them by phone and was told that no charge would be made to my credit card.
The full amount was charged to my credit card and, now, after 'cancellation' of the policy (which never came into force), I have been told that only 75% of the cost of this policy will be refunded as they are retaining 25% for one month's cover, despite being informed before the policy started that it was not required.
Good Points: None
Bad Points: Lack of response to emails, incorrect details given to me on the phone, online cancellation process does not work.

We would wholly agree with this review. We were given a quote, but realised when the details came through that some were incorrect. When we clarified these with One Call the quote went up. Then we were sent an email to say we need'nt supply copy driving cert.s or No Claims Bonus. We verified this with them and were told this was correct. Four days later we received a letter to say our insurance was cancelled because we had not provided copies of the driving certificates and the saga continued.
