I'm leaving PruHealth after my premium has increased by almost 600%.

I have asked for an explanation several times, but am not given one, apart from rising costs.

I've not made a single claim in the 3 years that I've been with PruHealth and I have maintained my Platinum status.

Seems to me that they continually change the rules so that they can raise your premiums.

I am reporting them to the Ombudsman - will be interested to find out what they think.

I'm also furious at the way Pruhealth have changed all the goalposts and increased premiums (zero last year, over £2000 this!!!). Reporting them to the Ombudsman.

I am also in exactly the same position with Pruhealth. I find it incredible that a company can put it's premium up by over 600% for someone who has never made a claim and with no explanation. Needless to say I have cancelled my policy.
