The worst company ever.. am on my 10th e-mail trying to sort out NCD transfer am losing the will to live. Frustration levels reaching boiling point. I am determined to sort it out before they charge me £50 to cancel my policy!

Yes, they may have cheap quotes (but not cheap enough to justify the appalling website and complete lack of customer service). Yes, there is NO customer service - if you need to speak with anyone about anything, you have to email and await a reply which is usually a 'we are looking into it' standard response.

Absolutely. The very worst company to deal with. Can only contact via e-mail, but they never reply.

Had the same problem but they have charged me £53 for the privelege - as you say we won't be using them again or recommending them to anyone!
