Seemed good at first, very reasonable quote so paid for year.
Bought a new car, but quote me happy's website will not let me update my details and there is nobody to speak to if you have a problem, you have to email them. Fine, except they will take days to reply and will not be much help, ie they will tell you to do what you have already stated you have done.
Can't even cancel the insurance and take it out with another company and am at present awaiting another email reply... Currently 5 days since I sent them my email... To me this is completely unacceptable customer service. Will never use again..
