I've been with one insurance company for 6 years and had one claim which was turned down.

I bought a Rentguard policy through Discount Landlord insurance and effectively cut my premium in half.

We'll see what there like when it comes to a claim (my previous insurer as dreadful) but so far I've been impressed with the service.
