Totally agree, my wife and I were burgled in early September three days before going on holiday. Mainly Jewellery, my signet ring and a new camera etc. Rang Nationwide Insurance who, as previous reviewer has stated, redirected me to the appropriate outlet. The latter dealt with the loss within a few hours, no fuss, professional service from equally professional staff and overall claim settled within 36 hours!!
