Five months of appallingly bad communications from this company - I've been with them for 26 years!
The last letter from them stated their engineer had inspected my car after a fire - no he hadn't - the paperwork was only submitted after the car had neen returned with a recon engine fitted.
They knew all this from the copious paperwork I'd sent them. Even paying over the odds to have the Royal Mail tracker service hasn't stopped them claiming they've misplaced my letters after a fire or was it a flood?
It's not clear to me from the rubbish phonecalls what has happened. I try to get them to write to me but they won't, nor will they respond to emails. Their trick is to print an email address on the letter of someone who turns out to have changed her surname. Helpful. I persist.
